Race Course: Start and Finish on northwest corner of Coaster's Harbor (CH) Island, vicinity of SWOS, ADM Burke Hall. 5K-meter loop around CH Island and Coddington Point. Paved with wonderful view of Narragansett Bay and Newport Bridge. Split time at mile 1. Water at start and finish line. |

Trophies for first overall Male, Female and Team finishers, and medals for all participants.

Individual
Divisions: |
17 and below, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ and Clydesdales (Males 200+ lbs). |
| Team Competition: |
Minimum of 5 runners per team, maximum of 7. Three Divisions: Mixed (at least 20% of each gender), Male, and Female. All runners score - Best team average time wins.
