1. Can I run with my running stroller?

Yes, we welcome people of all ages. Bring your children. There is always room. We ask that any runner's with strollers be careful and respect other runners by not interfering with their race.

2. Do I have to run or can I walk?

Yes, walkers of all ages are welcomed. The more the people the better.

3. Can I bring my Dog?

Yes, your four legged friends are welcome. We ask that you respect the other runners by keeping out of their way and towards the back of the pack. We also ask that you are responsible for your pet and clean up after them if required.

4. Where does the race start? 

The race starts and finishes in front of Surface Warfare Officers School (SWOS) located at 446 Cushing Rd Newport, RI 02841on Naval Station Newport.
